Polished marble wall and floor tiles
The smallest finish group in the tile range, and entirely marble — nothing else we stock at this scale holds a gloss the way marble does. A polished tile is a honed tile taken several stages further, buffed until the surface closes and reflects.
Gloss at tile scale is a much bigger commitment than gloss on a mosaic sheet, because there is no grid of grout lines to break the reflection up: what you get is an unbroken mirror across the whole wall or floor. That is exactly right for a hotel-lobby feel and exactly wrong for a family bathroom floor, where the same surface is both slippery underfoot and quick to show a scratch. Use it on walls, or on floors that stay dry and take light traffic.
